Layers of poitics and unethical practices hindering data integrity.

"

I am dedicated to helping individuals confidently navigate the often complex world of real estate. My expertise extends beyond appraisals—serving as a hearing officer and arbitrator during tax appeal seasons across multiple counties and drawing on my prior experience in forensic re-purchase reviews for litigation involving government-sponsored entities and local banks after the 2008 housing crash. This diverse background gives me a unique perspective on the industry.

As the current Chair of the Colorado Board of Real Estate Appraisers, I’ve seen firsthand how unsuspecting consumers can be negatively impacted by misleading information. In today’s rapidly changing market, it’s more important than ever to raise buyer awareness, empower consumers, and increase accountability among industry professionals.

Real estate is governed by complex regulations and there is an overwhelming amount of misleading data. My mission is to equip both agents and the public with the education, tools, and services needed to avoid the harmful effects of bad data. My extensive experience, paired with an unwavering commitment to the highest ethical standards, ensures that my clients are always well-prepared and protected in their real estate decisions.
